Shipping policy

 

Once the order has been made, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you specified. This e-mail contains the tracking number (if applicable) with which you can track the shipment online, up to your front door.

The delivery time is on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order.

 

If placed before 1 p.m., your order, if approved, will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Next day delivery is automatic. Also orders from just after 1 pm are often shipped the same day, although this is not guaranteed.

All orders are delivered by PostNL.

 

Return and exchange policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return your order within 14 days.

To return or exchange an item, we request that you report this to us within 7 days by sending an email to info@apurestudio.com

 

The costs and the risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer, even if you want to exchange an item.

From a hygienic point of view we cannot take back soiled articles.

 

Your shipment must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging.

- Return shipments must reach us within 14 days. The return shipment can be refused outside this period.

 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. aPure Studio reserves the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that the products have been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
